Im trying to get Windows Vista Beta 2 to install on my computer as an upgrade from Windows XP SP2. The install goes fine untill its finalizing, when the setup says "Please Insert Dic" so ive tried clicking retry, clicking continue and taking the disc out and putting it back in. then the box disappears after that but when it restarts i get an error saying "Windows Failed To Load Cause A Vital File Is Missing Or Corrupt", the file it says is missing is 0xc0000098 and is named netflt.sys, Is it cause im doing it as an Upgrade from XP or do i need to download it again off the microsoft website? Can anyone help me, please....

Error As The Setup Is Completing
search all partitions (may not be visible! -> diskmgmt.msc -> assign drive letter) for .log files. The interesting log files are 4 to 30 MB in size, sometimes at vista partitions windows\inf directory if the setup went that far. Submit these logs to microsoft using Beta Client.
You may need to change folder options to make hidden folders visible etc.

What your essentially looking at is an incompatibility with Windows Vista and Panda Antivirus. I am running platinum 2006 and I got the same problem. I recommend uninstalling panda and trying your upgrade.
